TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 - Our prices are not subject to V.A.T.

2 - Payment by cheque, to be made payable to Mr D Walton. We also accept payment
     by Bank transfer.

3 - The non-refundable 100 booking deposit is payable within 7 days of placing
     the booking.

4 - The balance is payable 30 days before the hire date.

5 - For bookings less than 2 months before the hire, payment in full is required when booking.

6 - W.E.C. chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

7 - W.E.C. operates a strict no smoking policy in its vehicles.

8 - W.E.C. makes every effort to supply the vehicle requested by the client, however, in certain circumstances the chosen vehicle may not be available due to circumstances out of our control.  In these cases we will endeavour to supply the best alternative vehicle available.  If no acceptable alternative can be found, compensation will be limited to the full refund of the hire charged.

9 - Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

10 - The car you have hired will be thoroughly cleaned prior to the hire, but W.E.C. do not accept any responsibility for changes in the vehicles appearance caused by the weather or terrain during the hire period, although every effort will be made to present the car in its best possible condition.

11 - Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of the vehicle on hire to them and will be invoiced accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to its
pre-hire condition.

12 - We do not provide child seats for our vehicles, unless agreed at the time of the booking.

13 - If there are any changes or variations including extra time or mileage to the journeys, other than what were agreed at the time of the booking, the client will be responsible for the extra charges.

14 - W.E.C. is fully insured for executive car hire, however, our insurance does not cover customers to drive our vehicles, or for loss or damage to customers possessions or for any other consequential losses, delays or missed events.

15 - Making the booking and accepting our quotation will represent agreement of our terms and conditions which as shown here.
